Tuesday is the day

Tuesday the builders move in, we start by digging out the top soil. Then we add the weed membrane. Then we drop in 40 tons of crushed concrete. Then we build the surrounds with 8 x 2 timbers. Then we add 40 tons of scalping's (MOT1). Then we add a few tons of loose grit....exact type not decided yet. Finally we landscape the excess soil so that we can add the grass seed. JOB DONE. Next week we will be playing on the new terrain.

Horsham French Fest weekend

Horsham weekend was again a tremendous success. The weather was hot just a few spots of rain and loads of people wanting to find out how to play boule. Cranleigh ended up with two prospective members, and Horsham may now have its own club. We hope everything goes well for them
